Payment Option
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, & American Express at our trunk shows. Please make checks payable to BBTN. Credit card charges and check deposits will be made upon receipt of your order from the party hostess. There will be a $20 return check fee and a $5 charge for declined credit cards. Garments are cut to order so payment is necessary to ensure that each item is assigned to each customer. Website orders will be done only by credit cards.
Care of Clothing
As most of our clothing is 100% pima cotton or cotton we recommend low heat care to maintain true size and fit.
Tax
We are required by law to collect tax in the state of Alabama which is our only nexus.
Shipments & Availability
Most orders are shipped via USPS within 10-12 weeks of the date that your order is received from the website or from a hostess, unless specified otherwise by the hostess & verified by BBTN. All orders from a trunk show are not necessarily shipped at the same time. Shipping time may vary due to our production schedule or merchandise availability. Blessed Be the Name clothing is not mass produced but is made to order.
Returns & Exchanges
Upon receipt of your order, we recommend that you check your order for accuracy, and try on each garment to ensure proper fit. We will be happy to accommodate exchanges and/or returns within 14 days of the shipping date. Customized items of any description returnable only at BBTN discretion. We will correct customs orders if there is an error on our part. A return/exchange form must accompany each return. There is a 20% restocking fee for items returned instead of being exchanged.
