Returns & Exchanges: Upon receipt of your order, we recommend that you check your order for accuracy, and try on each garment to ensure proper fit. We will be happy to accommodate exchanges and/or returns within 14 days of the shipping date. Customized items of any description returnable at BBTN discretion. We will correct custom orders if there is an error on our part. A return/exchange form must accompany each return; form is found on the website under returns/exchanges. There is a 20% restocking fee for items not exchanged.

Care of Clothing: As most of our clothing is 100% cotton or pima cotton we recommend low heat care to maintain true to size fit.
Shipments & Availability: We are a trunk show company and all items are somewhat custom or customized. Most orders are shipped within 8-10 weeks of the date your order is received. Shipping time varies due to our production schedule or merchandise availability. Blessed be the name clothing is not mass produced but is made to order.
