i trust each of your had a wonderful Christmas, we did as well and a much needed vacation….a whole week without booting up my laptop even though smoke seems to be seeping from my handheld….pictures from our time these past few weeks as soon as i can sit to edit… i may totally inundate you but i love pictures on everyone else’s blog so i will trust once again that you do as well….

NEWS!! trunks ship monday to 14 cities….we are visiting a ton of new places thanks to our amazing marketing coordinator BBTN 13 new hostesses have been added to our little UPS expedition…we are so amazed at what God continues to do with BBTN…to God be the glory….i will post the schedule at the end of this post….as always feel free to contact ANY of our hostesses for directions and specific hours…they are happy to meet someone new or welcome you back!! ***there are a few spots open in the schedule towards the end if you are interested….email amelia@blessednames.com

Favorite Laundry, the store, will be opening soon as well…shooting for the third week in january….updated pictures of that journey coming soon including my tree….the 11 foot chocolate corduroy oak tree sporting leaves of many of the fabrics we have used in the past….

hello to those who read…
twas a week or so before Christmas and there was a party to plan…what was i thinking, i must have been mad…

the stockings were hung by the fireplace with care, in hopes that santa would soon be here…

coming to bring birthday wishes, isn’t that fun? a birthday for mia…. a special one…

“he came to my party”…. she said rather quickly…ran to his side and yes, she thought it was nifty…

he was dressed in all fur from his head to his foot and his victorian santa outfit was clean without ashes or snow…

a bundle of toys, he had on his back…he looked like a peddler just opening his pack…

he read them a story…and visited with each one…they were fascinated…ok, maybe all but one….

what a precious day for our mia……we were so glad to have had all of the littles who came, family and all friends the same…

happy birthday sweet mia…

hello to those who read…
those of you who have read my ramblings for awhile know that i rave about one of my favorite accomplished graphic designers quite often…she has done the favorite laundry logo work, ae designs, and she is responsible for the catalogs…i can’t believe now that this is the second one…time flies…
so a little preview here … i am in love with her bottled creativity and wish for her knowledge of all adobe programs and the whimsical yet professional way that she puts things together…she is brilliant but busy…thank goodness she is a handheld user…..

so here goes…thank you to my precious little Mia who graciously took 9000 pictures….and all of the other littles that braved the cold weather in beach clothing…hard earned smarties….

hello to those who read…
this post coming from a girl who is glad to be back in town…if you are one that i keep up with on facebook then my last status was this…”ashley is OVER…scooters, strollers, public restrooms, automatic flushing toilets, restaraunts, hotels, lines, panchos, and well disney…all said with a grateful heart…” or “ashley is not meaning to be offensive…but children on leashes, really?”…

i think a good vacation (it was that) is one that you are really ready for…really enjoy…and REALLY ready to come home….i definately enjoyed my quiet car today…and the time that my thoughts had…i was ready for my life here again and quite refreshed …

thank you to AC and SP for handling everything while i was gone….they not only did their jobs but over and above like usual…thank you…

so with regard to pictures from disney, i will seriously have to “fix” those that can be salvaged from the “flash-fried” appearance that a flash gives…and share maybe a few…disney just might be the world’s worst place to take pictures…that is going to be awhile…so instead a good trade…a preview?

a quick note though…from a girl in a quite “business-like mood” tonight…pensive even…i kindof hesitate to share here early because frankly it gives a lot of time for creative liberties for those who may or may not have great intentions…these previews are of clothes that i have poured my heart and soul into (certainly not rocket science but very hard work nonetheless)…please do not duplicate these designs or reassign them….i trust you understand my dilemma, my heart, and that you understand my motive is pure….
you get me right?

ok…so a preview…i think one of the best parts of taking pictures is the “series” that you sometimes get while shooting in succession …while you may be looking for just one picture….sometimes you get a few in a row that tell a precious story….and that is what susanne captured here…precious littles…

hello to those who read…
i kindof snuck out of town…well kindof…a mini-van, 2 kids, 1 husband, a trunk full of stuff packed neatly and some snacks-if you call that sneaking…8 hours later we arrived and are enjoying the atmosphere here and the break…i say it was a sneak because if i let myself think about what is going on it really doesn’t make much sense to leave…but yet it does….make sense?
well…hmmmm what IS going on? (like Amos Lee would say, scroll, yup scroll to the bottom if you would like some post mood music, he’s on there…good song actually)….so in the next few weeks Mia’s birthday breakfast with santa AT OUR HOUSE on the 12th, Christmas party month, shopping, oh the store is opening in about 4 weeks, the catalog is with the designer (which means incessant emails), inventory for Favorite Laundry is coming in by the boxful to be carefully packed and shipped in january to the precious stores who ordered…..racks for store are ordered and i’m sure they have a million parts that my socket set and i will have to take care of (sorry DH, YOUR socket set i mean), and there is a preview finally posted here….
speaking of pictures….or a preview anyway….there were two wonderful photographers involved in shooting this season….blue moon studios in mt laurel -butch oglesby & susanne king studios **the first picture is from susanne and the rest are from butch’s camera- both the same camera too!!
OH…speaking of previews…i made one of the those business fan pages on facebook for BBTN (but spelled out), join there and you can see a bunch of previews…
so our trip continues and who knows when you will get another post…soon, well maybe?…
