hello to those who read….
today has been a long one…up since 4 a.m. for a good cause but it is almost 4 p.m. and the day is nowhere near finished…wow…i am so glad our creator did not allow a day to be any different than we normally experience….so as my normal 2:00 diet coke is being quickly drained i write….

trunk shows for this season are coming to a close….UPS is slowly delivering the trunks back to us and our duties change to filling orders with sewn items and embroidery….switching gears once again….

as you all know we printed our first catalog this season and had a wonderful response…..we shipped out almost 10,000 catalogs to all of you ranging from colorado to florida and everywhere inbetween…i can’t help but think in my pensive state that comes with today how i hope that each of us are as excited about sharing what Jesus does in our lives daily as we are talking about what our kids will wear….my prayer is that we will be reminded to speak as freely and easily about Christ as we do children’s clothes…..that we will remain eternally minded and serve others in a way that there is no question that we love a sovereign risen Savior…..

as i promised, we will be offering time this wednesday for those of you that requested a catalog to call into and email the workroom for special help ordering….this will be our last time to offer the fall 2009 clothing other than the website…

WHERE: phone and email….we will contact you at your request for a little more help than the website offers- with ordering, sizing, and customization….this is a short timeframe primarily offered to those who have missed a trunk show in your area or those who are not near to a trunk show…

we always enjoy this time because we have the opportunity to talk with each one of you…please look to the right for the slideshows and be familiar with what you would like to order or ask questions about and we can quickly help you….

also…please be in prayer for BBTN as i pray through decisions with how to better serve you in the near future….specifically how we intend to grow or handle growth in the near future….i covet your prayers and look forward to hearing from the holy spirit with a great amount of peace as to how to proceed… we all love what we do and as God as our focus we will continue to seek his will for our lives where it pertains to bbtn…..

hello to those who read…

happy terrific tuesday!! (although i am far from regrouped…and even further from “on schedule” for the week…)

the open house brought many visits and fun…a treat for a monday night to be sure….up early as usual….coffee already on board much like my facebook friends this morning actually….i had time to edit before everyone was awake….but this time a treat (for me at least)…you have asked and this is a good place to share (as good as any)…S.T., tuta, and paige…here goes….the house from the eye of my new wide-angle lense affectionately named by my DH -the WAL….distortion is expected so accuracy is not it’s best trick but gathering so much light and space in one shot will be alot of fun in the near future as we shoot the bbtn spring line and favorite laundry as well….at least that is my excuse….

so here goes….welcome….

on the other end of these baggies is my sweet friend BG- otherwise known as the designated showeree to bring the gold belonging to the sweet girls in mt laurel who decided showering was optional for last night- LOL…love you girls, you were missed!!

hello to those who read…

i was thinking…that maybe those who write about manic mondays, terrific tuesdays, wordless wednesdays, and so on…have it just about right….it seems that the days of week have their very own personalities….don’t they? think about it…i wonder too much probably if it is a blog trend or if the days of the week really are the same for just about everyone….

monday is most certainly manic because you are trying to regroup from the weekend, tuesday is terrific because you are regrouped is that a word?, wordless wednesday because you are fresh out of the composure that it took to get to organized or to wednesday for that matter, hmmmm….testy thursday because you are really ready for the weekend and think whomever created the 5-day work week  lost their mind in the midst and they really didn’t care what day it was ….oh and friday…what should be call it?  fabulous friday….

the weekend really doesn’t get to be named like the rest…maybe a little left out but that’s o.k. because there is zero monotony …it is different all the time, kindof  undecided or moody if you want….so saturday and sunday would be all over the place on the personality test….but i am guessing that if each day WERE given a personality test they would score with great resolve in each category…no discussion…stereotypes…hmmmph!

but the five days that DO have personalities that are consistent and as reliable as the sunrise…speaking of sun…one of my favorite songs…you are my sunshine and it surprisingly reminds me of these wonderful flowers….but it also reminds me that it is close to impossible (for my amateur self) to capture them when it is a super bright day…but since we couldn’t wait around until the light was perfect….as you will see, my littles were willing but challenged and the sunflowers although parched were quite willing participants….maybe it wasn’t their terrific tuesday….

the moral of the story is that i am grateful for anything that i can call terrific on a tuesday or any other day for that matter….my God is sovereign and that takes care of the reasons behind that….

i am learning day by day that my soul has an anchor…and a resting place…that makes for a week with a great amount of personality….

oh…and happy birthday to sweet m. rose….i love you sweet baby…
